1. What equipment will I need to do this program? Only a little! You can start with body weight and add small weights and resistance bands. We suggest adjustable weights (if you are using a home gym) so as you get stronger, you can add more weights when the time is right. You can also start with simple water bottles as weights until you are ready to invest. If you have access to a gym, you are all set!!
2. I have NEVER lifted weights before; is this for me? Absolutely, this program is designed
for you! We understand how hard and intimidating it can be to start strength training. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible so you can begin to see the benefits of becoming stronger!
3. I'm intimidated to go into the weight room at the gym. Will this help?Getting you prepared and comfortable to be in the weight room is precisely what we want to help you with!
